Cairns Vet House Calls

Cairns Veterinary Clinic house call services

Cairns Vets' house call service is especially useful for large or invalid patients, or for vaccination of litters of puppies.  Many clients also appreciate having a house call when the time comes to put their senior pet to sleep.

Housecalls do cost a more than a normal consultation, and mileage is charged after the first 5km from Cairns Vet Clinic (or whichever clinic the vet needs to come from).  This distance reaches Earlville on the Southside and Brinsmead and Freshwater to the east and north.

Please phone us to make a Cairns Vet house call appointment on 4032 9999

Please note that many unwell patients will need to be hospitalised or require special equipment which mean that a Cairns Vet house call may not be the best way to treat them.  If you pet is difficult to handle or you are unable to assist the vet please advise us: in some cases we may be still be able to do a house call with a nurse to assist.
